Dustin J. Stiles

Biography Dustin J. Stiles is an associate attorney with Kozeny & McCubbin, where he litigates matters involving contested foreclosures, title reformation, unlawful detainer and collections actions in the firms Kansas office. Dustin received his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in 2002, his Masters in Legal Administration from the University of Denver in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University in 2009. Dustin is a member of the Kansas Bar, the Missouri Bar and the Nebraska Bar, as well as was an Appellate Clerk United States District Court for the District of Colorado; CM/ECF Instructor for United States District Court of the District Court of Colorado; Clerk United States Bankruptcy Court for District of Colorado; Phi Delta Phi Member, 2006-2009; Sports and Entertainment Law Society Member 2006-2009.
