Jessica began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting criminal cases at both the misdemeanor and felony levels. She took many cases to jury verdict and gained invaluable insight into the criminal justice system. Her early experiences shaped her passion for helping clients navigate complex legal challenges. Over the course of her career, she has defended clients charged with offenses ranging from DUI to murder, trying over 100 cases. Jessica also has extensive experience in family law, handling matters such as divorce, alimony, custody, and child support. Her expertise extends to appeals, frequently filing appellate cases in both criminal and family law, and navigating these complex matters with skill and precision. Before partnering with her close friend, Tom Fighter, Jessica spent 10 years running her own law firm, where she honed her passion for guiding people through their most difficult times.
