Cory M. Delguzzo

Cory is a practicing attorney in Northwest Law, as well as Regional Manager of the Ohio Valley Region for the Northwest Title Family of Companies. Hes has over 12 years of experience representing mortgage lenders, real estate brokers and agents, and consumers in real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters. In addition, he has been a licensed title agent since 2015, and has performed title examinations and closings for hundreds of real estate closings. Cory is a lifelong resident of Belmont County, Ohio, and is deeply involved in supporting the local community. As of October, 2022, he serves as the President of the Belmont County Bar Association.
