Tyler R. Campbell

About Tyler Campbell is a partner at Bender Kurlander Hernandez & Campbell. As a litigation and trial attorney, Mr. Campbells practice focuses almost exclusively upon representation of plaintiffs in serious personal injury matters including wrongful death, automobile accidents, brain injury, dog bites, and premises liability cases. He is involved in all aspects of the firms injury litigation practice, from initial case strategy through trial, and has substantial experience handling complex injury cases. Mr. Campbell has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients, through trial, alternate dispute resolution procedures, and pre-litigation settlement. Mr. Campbell is originally from Mercer Island, Washington and moved to San Diego in 2004 prior to being admitted to law school. He is married and has two young children, Cruz, age 5, and Kaia, age 3.
