Ryan Luke

Luke Ryan concentrates in construction defect litigation. His primary focus has been representing homeowners throughout Southern California since 1993. In the last few years, Luke has expanded his practice to include homeowner representation throughout Arizona as well. He also has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of general civil litigation, products liability, and real estate litigation matters. Luke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. While attending law school, he was a member of the University of San Diego Law Review and a tutor in the academic support program. Before his legal career, Luke completed ten and one-half years of Naval Service as a commissioned Special Warfare Officer, S. E. A. L. in the United States Navy.
