C. His practice is concentrated on insurance defense litigation. Since his admission to the State Bar of Michigan in 1992, Mr. Hoelscher has specialized in defending major Insurance Companies and their policy holders in litigation throughout the state, involving first party No-Fault (PIP), third party automobile negligence and complex insurance coverage issues. Mr. Hoelscher has successfully tried over 40 jury trials in courts throughout the state of Michigan. Mr. Hoelscher also receives frequent appointments to sit as an arbitrator and facilitator in all types of litigation. Mr. Hoelscher graduated from Michigan State University in 1989, and attended Law School at Wayne State University, where he graduated cum laude in 1992.
