Marcus Jackson

Marcus Jackson earned his Bachelors Degree from Stanford University in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School in 1999. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Jackson focuses his practice on employment litigation exclusively on behalf of Plaintiffs (including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, fraud, failure to accommodate disability, defamation, breach of contract and wage and hour claims). He has particular experience representing salespersons, finance managers and general managers employed by car dealerships who have been subjected to unlawful pay deductions, denied proper commissions and wrongfully terminated without receiving all final wages due at the time of termination. Mr. Jackson has recovered millions of dollars for individual clients from California car dealerships. Mr. Jackson is a member of the State Bar of Californias Labor and Employment Law Section. Additionally, he served as a Barrister of the American Inns of Court, J. Clifford Wallace Chapter from 2010-2012. He has been a speaker for Strafford Publications, Inc. and the Consumer Attorneys of California on the topic of Me Too Evidence in Employment Discrimination Lawsuits.
