Carol Fossee

A member of the Michigan Bar since 1980, Carol Fossee primarily represents health care institutions in corporate law, health care law, employment law, and commercial litigation. She deals extensively with the state and federal regulations that govern the health care industry, and possesses considerable experience in drafting and litigating contracts involving computer software and hardware, as well as real estate, and employment matters. She has served as counsel for buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders in commercial real estate and loan transactions, including numerous privately placed and publicly offered municipal bonds. For many of her hospital and corporate clients, she has prepared employment manuals, handbooks, bylaws, rules, and regulations. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Fossee served as a US Peace Corps Volunteer.
