As David Munoz sat at the big downtown fancy restaurant with other attorney associates 25 years ago he wondered what he was doing there. Being a civil litigation attorney was not what he had envisioned so many years earlier in High School. Inspired by the fictional character Atticus Finch he realized that despite his student loans he would never be happy unless he was representing the little guy with tough problems not the big insurance companies with their fat wallets.Within several months he gave his notice and started his small little office on the 6th floor of the Historic Nixon Building in Uptown Whittier. With no clients and a Chicano bookstore buddy who let him give legal advice to his customers he started his practice. Since then David has practiced criminal and family law for the little guy in the Southern California area. With trial experience in Murders, Gang, and false sexual crime allegations.
