David R. Miller Founder David R. Miller is the firms founder and a seasoned trial attorney, dedicated to all aspects of personal injury litigation in Carlsbad since 1978. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1973 with a degree in accounting and then attended the University of San Diego Law School, graduating in 1977. He has always wanted to be an accident attorney in Carlsbad to be able to help people who others were trying to take advantage of in a legal setting. Hes been doing so for his entire career and has always believed that his clients needs come first and foremost. In addition to having tried approximately 100 trials and arbitrations, he has served as a past Pro Tem Judge and Mediator for the San Diego Courts. His practice includes auto, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents, industrial and construction accidents, slip and fall liability, strict product liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury.
