Daniel R. Forde

Additional Information During his previous role as an associate with Robbins Umeda, LLP, Mr. Forde concentrated on litigating corporate merger actions, complex class actions and securities fraud and shareholder derivative actions, with an emphasis on corporate governance remediation. He has been named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Mr. Forde is also a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in California, Washington, and the U. S. District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California. He is an avid surfer and golfer, and enjoys coaching his childrens soccer and baseball teams.
