Paul Valentino

In addition to handling case selection for Lehman & Valentino, Paul Valentino conducts discovery and drafts pleadings and other business-related documents. He prepares for trials, argues cases, and initiates settlements. His abilities generated a $1.2 million verdict for a client in one significant case. Some of the clients represented by Paul Valentino’s firm include nationally recognized insurance companies, freight lines, and companies in the automobile industry.A member of the State Bar of Michigan, Paul Valentino also gained admittance to the U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, he served on both the Negligence and the Public Service Committees. A University of Notre Dame graduate with a B.A. in Psychology, he earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy. He spent his early career working with the firm of Schaden & Heldman, handling complex aviation litigation and product liability, among his many duties as an attorney.
