Joshua C. Davis

ExperienceIn 2011, Josh left the Garfield County District Attorney's office for private practice as a partner at Martin, Cameron, and Davis. His practice areas included Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Automobile Accidents, Family Law and Child Custody, and Guardianship and Elder law, including Estate Planning and Probate. Josh was also appointed by Governor Brad Henry in December 2011 to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission's Board of Review.In March of 2018, Josh joined Oklahoma's oldest law firm, Mitchell & DeClerck, in an Of Counsel capacity, where he continues his successful multi-county practice.
