Angel R. Diaz

Angel Diaz began his legal career representing insurance companies and other corporate defendants. Since joining the Law Offices of Kirshner and Groff, he has put this experience to work protecting the rights of injured people. Within the firm, Mr. Diaz represents our clients in all aspects of their claims, including, pre-litigation case development; claims settlement practice; as well as litigation of cases through trial. He also takes significant responsibility for assisting in the development and litigation of our catastrophic injury, death and complex liability cases. Since joining the firm, Mr. Diaz has successfully settled and litigated numerous cases for our clients. He is a member of the Florida Bar; the American Bar Association; Miami-Dade County Bar Association; The Florida Justice Association (formerly, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers).
