Adam R. Wilk

Adam R. Wilk is an experienced insurance attorney and Member Partner at Rathbone Group. Mark has been engaged in the fields of creditors rights and subrogation for over 30 years, successfully litigating subrogation cases in both state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D. C. While attending SUNY at Albany, where he graduated cum laude, Adam interned at the NY State Consumer Protection Bureau. In law school, in addition to serving as a student representative at the schools debtor bankruptcy and consumer law clinics, he also interned at the National Consumer Law Center in Washington, D. C. A staunch advocate for insurer rights to recover losses via subrogation, Adam is also committed to providing subrogation education to industry professionals and has lectured for Lorman Education Services as well for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Outside of the office, Adam served as coach of his sons soccer and basketball teams as well as being an avid supporter of his daughter at her various dance competitions.
