He focuses his practice on all facets of intellectual property litigation, including pre-suit investigations and searches, trials, appeals, and post-grant patent matters. Bob handles administrative matters before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), as well as matters before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB), the Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB), the International Trade Commission (ITC), the U. S. Court of Federal Claims, and U. S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) involving post-grant review (PGR), inter partes review (IPR), Section 337 actions, and related appeals. In addition to his IP litigation experience, Bob is a registered patent attorney before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office. He routinely drafts trademark and patent applications.
