Jeffrey Dunlap

As Vice Chair of the Litigation Department, Jeff helps lead the firms team of accomplished litigators and trial lawyers as they represent clients nationwide in complex litigation and arbitration matters. Clients turn to Jeff for his more than 30 years of legal experience representing businesses in a wide range of commercial and employment disputes. Jeffs practice involves complex business, securities, employment discrimination, and unfair competition matters. He has successfully tried many cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators. Jeff also helps clients avoid litigation, counseling a range of businesses on designing and implementing sound employment policies and procedures. Jeff has received numerous accolades throughout his career.
