Beth Sebaugh

Beth A. Sebaugh Partner Beth A. Sebaugh has an active litigation defense practice involving employment law, general liability, nursing home, and toxic tort. Beth has been first chair counsel in approximately 100 jury trials and has extensive experience in federal court multi-district litigation relative to toxic tort lawsuits. Since 2013, Ohio Super Lawyers has recognized Beth for her work in Employment Litigation: Defense. She has also been included among the Top 25 Women Super Lawyers in Cleveland and the Top 50 Women Super Lawyers in Ohio. Beth received her B. S. E. from Ohio University and her J. D. from Cleveland State University College of Law. In addition to her Ohio Bar admission, Beth is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
