David Stadler

Dave has represented clients in product liability, professional liability, construction defect, and other types of commercial litigation throughout the State of Ohio. He has presented seminars on the topics of insurance law, litigation, and the utilization of experts for insurance companies and other attorneys. He was a Mayoral appointee to the Lakewood Citizens Advisory Committee and is a member of the Advisory Board of Trinity Lakewood Community Outreach. Dave has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers - Rising Star Edition by the publishers of Super Lawyers Magazine. He has been appointed as a Delegate to the 8th District Judicial Conference for 2012 and 2013. In 2013 Dave was appointed Acting Judge in the Lakewood Municipal Court, Lakewood, Ohio. He is a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
