As I tell my kids and young athletes I coach - treat people the way you want to be treated - The Golden Rule. And thats the way I try to practice law. I promise to listen, be candid and honest, while striving to do my very best for our clients. Dave concentrates his practice in all facets of personal injury and workers compensation litigation. In 2008, Dave received his certification as a workers compensation specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association. He was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and has been recognized continuously as a Super Lawyer since 2011. Dave is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Dave was a paratrooper (Fort Bragg NC 89-92) and veteran of the Persian Gulf War. He is active outside the office with his wife and kids.
