Mr. Wolfe is a board-certified business litigator as authorized by The Florida Bar. Leading numerous trials, he has more than 40 published court judgments to his credit spread across courts in Florida, California, Texas, Tennessee and New York. He has also provided his teaching services as an adjunct professor at various universities and for several legal organizations across Florida. Majoring in finance and accounting, Mr. Wolfe received his bachelors degree from the American University at Washington, D. C. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, in 1982 with a doctorate in jurisprudence. Further, he proceeded to pursue his masters degree in law at the University of Miami School of Law and graduated in 1983. Working with the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Wolfe serves as a mediator and arbitrator, expanding his field of experience as an attorney. He is rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and has published several articles on a broad range of law-related topics through prominent journals. Mr. Wolfe works toward achieving the goals of his clients, making sure to minimize their exposure and plan for any possible contingencies.
