Lawrence Pollack

Larry is an experienced trial lawyer who handles a wide variety of business disputes as well as various cases involving investigation and failure analysis such as product liability, construction defects, fire and explosion litigation, and large-loss property subrogation. He has recovered millions of dollars for numerous insurance companies in subrogation actions involving fire and explosions, water leaks and floods, defective products and machinery, and general negligence. Larry also represents product manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and property owners in defense of claims arising from product failures and fire losses. In doing so, he has developed extensive expertise in overseeing site investigations and in working with experts to determine the origin and cause of losses or failures. Practicing in state and federal courts, and utilizing numerous dispute resolution techniques, Larry has vast experience in all aspects of business disputes, including claims involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duties. Extensive experience in defending class action lawsuits, including the defense of nationally known manufacturer of nutritional supplements in several purported class actions involving allegations of consumer fraud; defense of public companies from claims of securities fraud and breaches of fiduciary duty. Extensive experience in state and federal courts in all aspects of business litigation including claims for breach of contract, unfair competition, trade secrets, fraud, tortious interference with business relationships, non-competition covenants, breach of fiduciary duty, RICO claims, shareholder suits, and general tort litigation.
