Joseph Dibaggio

Joe DiBaggio is the Complex Litigation Director. Joe earned his law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2001 after graduating in 1996 from the University of Dayton, having received a degree in Criminal Justice. Joe has a strong litigation background in foreclosure litigation, general collections, and bankruptcy. Joe now draws upon his experience while concentrating his practice on general litigation and covenant enforcement for Ohio community associations. Joe resides in a homeowners association and has served on the board of directors for over 9 years. Joe enjoys his career in community association law as it affords him an opportunity to utilize his vast experience as a litigator and board member to empathize with board members and property managers on the daily challenging and ever changing issues they face. Joe is a tireless advocate and he utilizes his strong negotiation skills, courtroom presence, and many years as a board member to uniquely and vigorously protect the associations interests whether in mediations, negotiations, or the courtroom. Joe understands the importance of developing great lines of communication with board members. As a result, Joe devotes many evenings and weekends to attending board and annual meetings throughout Ohio where we is able to update attendees on pending matters and/or chair the entire meeting. Joe relishes the ability to assist associations with implementing viable, logical, and effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of their communities. Education University of Dayton, B.
