Brooks A. Saible is the founding partner of Saible Law Group, P. A. Mr. Saible earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Johns University School of Law, where he distinguished himself in trial advocacy. While there, he was named the best advocate at a national mock-trial competition and was the sole recipient of the Albert H. Bosch award for demonstrated excellence in trial advocacy - one of the schools highest honors. As an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Saible is well-versed in handling several areas of civil litigation, including premises liability, construction defect, negligent security, products liability, professional liability, commercial contracts, automobile negligence, first-party property, and many more. Mr. Saible has successfully settled thousands of complex cases on behalf of developers, property owners, management companies, contractors, construction managers, retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, associations, restaurants, commercial automobilists, insurance carriers, brokers, and several others. Mr. Saible has also won dozens of summary judgments and other dispositive motions on behalf of his clients. Most importantly though, Mr. Saible has successfully defended his clients at multiple jury trials and arbitrations - obtaining a favorable verdict in every case hes had to litigate. Mr. Saible resides in St. Pete Beach, Florida with his wife, children, and beloved Labrador Retrievers.
