Orestes Rus Brown is a civil litigator with a diverse practice primarily focused on complex business litigation, real estate litigation and class actions. Rus has successfully represented both U. S. and international clients throughout Massachusetts in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, administrative proceedings and mediation. Rus began his career in real estate (title claims, municipal permitting, and construction) litigation, simple contract litigation and trust and estate litigation and has since developed extensive experience in complex business litigation involving partnership and shareholder disputes, securities fraud, employment litigation and consumer class actions.
