Lang, has been representing insurers, self-insurers, businesses and individuals in litigation matters since 1982. Mr. Lang graduated from Boston University School of Law after obtaining a bachelors degree from the College of the Holy Cross. He practiced with two other insurance defense and civil litigation firms before founding Lang & Associates in 2005. Mr. Lang has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts and has represented clients before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. His civil litigation experience encompasses a wide variety of areas, including premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, professional liability and subrogation. He has represented most of the major commercial insurers in the course of his career.
