Michael D. Rawlins

Michael Rawlins has been practicing in state and federal courts in Nevada since 1994. After learning the profession at Nevada's largest law firm, he has partnered with top lawyers until starting his own practice focusing on commercial litigation, real estate, construction litigation, and representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Michael has represented Las Vegas resorts, shopping center developers, and government entities in complex litigation matters. He represents small businesses in business disputes and transactional matters. Michael serves as an arbitrator of commercial disputes for the American Arbitration Association and is a District Court Judge Pro Tempore in the Short Trial Program of the Clark County District Court. He volunteers for abused and neglected children with the Children's Attorneys Project, and serves as a panelist on the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board for the State Bar of Nevada.
