Justin L. Watkins

Justin Watkins is an AV Preeminent rated litigator and the Managing Partner of Battle Born Injury Lawyers. Justin received his civil engineering degree from Oregon State University and his law degree from the University of San Diego. As a Las Vegas personal injury lawyer, he has handled thousands of cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and more. Justin has been named as one of the top 150 lawyers in southern Nevada each year from 2009 through 2018 by Nevada Business Journal, Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2010-2013, and a Mountain States Super Lawyer each year from 2014 through 2022. In 2016, Justin was elected to the Nevada Assembly from District 35, and served on committees for Judiciary, Natural Resources, and Transportation. A Nevada-native, Justin is an avid outdoorsman, having grown up hiking, hunting, fishing, camping, and recreating throughout Nevada and the West. He serves as Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Conservation League.
