Kirk Claunch

Kirk Claunch is a native of Fort Worth and a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1991. He has been board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2002. Kirk is an experienced trial lawyer with over 40 jury trials as lead counsel. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of personal injury, criminal, and general civil law. Being successful in trial before a court or jury requires not only preparation and hard work, but creativity and the ability to think on your feet. It requires the ability to make clear, concise, and convincing arguments on subjects that are complex and difficult to understand. The ability to negotiate is another fundamental skill of my profession. Most of the cases in which I am involved are settled or resolved before trial.
