Derek Di Scipio

Taking the next significant step in his legal career, Derek attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During his time there, he became deeply involved in the legal community, holding prominent roles such as President of the Student Bar Association and Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Additionally, he dedicated his time to advocacy, being selected for the NSU Moot Court Society and NSU Trial Association. In the latter, Derek excelled and participated in multiple Trial Competitions, honing his courtroom skills. Further solidifying his commitment to advocacy, Derek served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward State Attorneys Office, where he achieved notable success by winning multiple jury trials. Today, at the firm, he continues to passionately advocate for his clients during their most challenging moments, embodying his enduring love for advocacy and dedication to being a steadfast voice for those in need.
