Education: J.D., Capital University Law School; B.A., Miami University Admitted to Practice: State of Michigan; State of Illinois; United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; United States District Court, Western District of Michigan Rochester, Michigan With over 10 years of experience in the real estate finance industry, Summer has a firm understanding of the foreclosure process and the necessary knowledge and skills to inform and advise clients regarding the best possible loss mitigation strategies and options. On a daily basis, she works directly with banks, lenders, financial institutions and their mortgagors to achieve the best possible solutions and the most cost effective results for our clients. Summer attended Miami University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts as a double major in Political Science and Womens’ Studies. Following her undergraduate studies, she attended Capital University Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree with concentrations in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Criminal Litigation. Summer is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. She has been recognized by the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association as a Top 40 under 40, which recognizes leaders who have excelled in moving the mortgage industry forward.
