Currently represent a food manufacturer in a lawsuit involving claims that the food label was false or misleading and violated state deceptive trade practices act. This representation also involves evaluating whether the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act preempts the claims brought by the plaintiff in this matter. Counseled a glass manufacturer on claims regarding breach of warranty and alleged defective products. This matter was amicably resolved in the pre-suit stage. Represented a construction company in a complex, multiple party premises liability action. Settled the case at a fraction of the original demand. Represented an emergency medical services provider in a multi-party medical malpractice lawsuit involving catastrophic injury. Assisted a construction company with the pre-suit investigation of a building collapse. Advised a utility construction company in a pre-suit investigation regarding an electrical injury to a lineman.
