James White

Mr. White has a personal philosophy of vigorously advocating for his clients. He focuses on developing a legal strategy with each client to accomplish the goals of the particular case. Mr. White has a broad array of complex and multi-party general litigation experience. The majority of his litigation practice involves wrongful death and personal injury arising from medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability and truck/automobile accidents. Mr. White has repeated experience before state and federal courts throughout Florida. He has also served as lead counsel in product liability cases across multiple states. Additionally, Mr. White has obtained an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which is an invitation only organization that identifies attorneys that have served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials and who demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to the civil jury trial system. There are only approximately 7,600 lawyers in the United States with this designation. He is also an approved lecturer by Floridas Department of Financial Services and lectures often throughout the country on a multitude of legal issues that affect his clients.
