Daniel F. Cook

Daniel Andrew Cook joined Loudermilk Law, PLLC in 2021. He brings extensive litigation experience to the Firm, having tried numerous cases as lead counsel and presented cases to courts of appeal throughout the state of Texas, from Texarkana to Corpus Christi. Daniel has found truth in the adage that You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. When working to resolve a case for a client, he tries to establish a positive relationship with opposing counsel and finds that cooperation usually leads to the best resolutions. As a zealous advocate for his clients rights, Daniel never loses sight of his end goal: achieving a favorable resolution of his clients cases. Meticulous in his preparation and thorough in his investigation and analysis, Daniel takes pride in his strong work ethic, his keen attention to detail, and his creative problem-solving skills. Ultimately, this preparation benefits his clients, who can take comfort knowing that when Daniel is handling a case, he leaves no stone unturned. A native of Oklahoma City, Daniel began his career in East Texas with a boutique civil litigation firm where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters involving personal injuries, minimum wage and overtime claims, business disputes, and probate and estate litigation matters. Now Daniel focuses his practice entirely on probate, trust, and estate litigation. While he was a student at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, he served as the Articles Editor for the American Indian Law Review. He also served as a Director of the Smith County Young Lawyers Association. Daniel is married and has three dogs.
