BRANDON J. ANAND, ESQ. MANAGING ATTORNEY Brandon serves as Managing Attorney of ANAND LAW PC. He handles both transactional and litigation matters, focusing on the areas of business, real estate and entertainment/IP. Brandon has successfully litigated claims on behalf of Defendants and Plaintiffs, in state and federal court, on a range of cases, including: enforcement of fraud claims brought by a foreign entity; real estate litigation including partition, broker fraud, and contractor disputes; obtaining dozens of restraining orders against national banks and mortgage servicers; and, prosecution and defense of multiple breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and intellectual property claims. Brandon has counseled and represented parties in connection with real property ranging from $500,000 to $25,000,000. Brandon also restructures businesses, and has eliminated millions in unsecured and secured debt through bankruptcy court litigation. Brandon has also handled countless transactional matters, with a focus on the entertainment and real estate sectors, including: sale of business/assets; buyouts; negotiating and drafting recording/publishing/360/hybrid deals, intellectual property licensing agreements, development and production agreements; joint venture agreements, copyright synchronization agreements, management agreements, producer agreements; negotiating commercial leases; drafting and negotiating corporate formation/governance agreements, dissolution agreements, merger & acquisition agreements; and, registration and enforcement of copyrights and trademarks.
