Kristina E. Curry

Kristina is a Principal with the firm and works with the Workers Compensation and Employment Law team. Kristina concentrates her practice on Workers Compensation defense and Employment Law. Kristina has significant experience in representing Ohio employers in all aspects of the Ohio Workers Compensation Law for both state-fund and self-insured employers. She represents and counsels employers throughout Ohio and the Dayton area, defending employers before the Industrial Commission and in several Courts of Common Pleas throughout the state. Kristina also represents businesses on employment matters including OSHA defense, EEOC matters, FMLA, DOL Wage and Hour Audits, and other matters. She has served as in-house counsel and Self-Insured Administrator for a large home healthcare agency, representing the company in all Workers Compensation and other matters throughout Ohio. Kristina also assists healthcare providers with regard to Medicare and Medicaid regulatory compliance, audits, and litigation matters. Kristina helps businesses with compliance and navigation in various workplace safety matters, including compliance with Covid-19 regulations, guidance, and policy formation.
