Viviana Fernandez

Attorney Bio Viviana Fernandez is an Associate Attorney in our Hollywood, Florida office. She manages an active first party homeowners insurance defense docket. In addition to pleading and motions practice, Viviana conducts discovery, witness/expert depositions, attends site inspections, counsels clients, negotiates settlements and attends mediations. Consistent with Bain & Barkleys firm-wide emphasis on timely reporting, Viviana recognizes the importance to each clients unique reporting requirements. Ms. Fernandez is licensed in Florida. She joined Bain & Barkley in 2023. She earned her Juris Doctor in August 2010 from Florida International University College of Law where she was a member of the Women in Law Association and the Cuban American Bar Association. She furthered her studies, earning an LLM in International Commercial Law, with specialization in Maritime Law, in May 2013 from The City Law School at the City, University of London, United Kingdom where she graduated with commendation. Viviana is fluent in Spanish.
