RAPHAEL LOPEZ, ESQ Raphael Ralph Lopez is the co-founding partner at Lopez Roca, P. A. Mr. Lopez helped found Lopez Roca on two simple yet often overlooked principles in the legal community today -honesty and care. Mr. Lopez is the son of a retired elementary school teacher who taught for over 35 years in Miami-Dade County. As a result, Mr. Lopez witnessed firsthand the power and difference that caring could make in the lives of others. It is with this well exemplified ideal of caring at the forefront that Raphael Lopez provides superior representation for all of the firms clients. Raphael Lopez was born and raised in Miami Dade County, Florida. After graduating from Hialeah High, Raphael Lopez pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Raphael Lopez obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Lopez is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association as well as a member of the Criminal, Trial and Young Lawyers Divisions of the Florida Bar. Mr. Lopez is also licensed to practice in the Southern District of Florida. Amongst Mr. Lopezs many passions is his involvement with the Ensuring Equal Justice Initiative (EEJI) of the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office. The EEJI is a project that enhances our communitys indigent clients access to justice. As part of his membership, Mr. Lopez takes criminal cases Pro Bono for persons who are unable to pay for legal services in an effort to do his part to breathe life into the constitutional guarantee of equal justice.
