Seth A. Kupilik Shareholder s954-467-2200 [email protected] Me Biography Seth A. Kupilik is a shareholder of Mombach, Boyle, Hardin & Simmons, P. A. He is a member of the litigation section, and his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. Seth is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts and has handled a variety of contract actions, shareholder/partnership disputes, claims of fraud, and business torts. Seth grew up on the New Jersey shore. He attended Saint Josephs University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School, graduating cum laude. Prior to entering private practice, Seth served as a law clerk in both the Chancery and Law Divisions for the New Jersey Superior Court, Somerset County. There, he managed the foreclosure docket for three counties and assisted in preparing well over 1,000 written opinions. Seth is a member of both the Florida and New Jersey bars.
