Jennifer L. Wilson

Jennifer is a litigation lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience representing individuals, insurance companies, governmental entities and businesses. She has successfully represented clients throughout Ohio at both the trial and appellate court levels and has tried cases before both juries and courts. A staunch advocate for her clients, Jennifer regularly defends individuals and businesses in personal injury claims, property damage claims, premises liability claims and various other tort claims. She also has extensive experience in representing insurance companies in first party cases, bad faith cases, declaratory judgment actions and general insurance coverage issues. Jennifer has also been an invited speaker for various associations on tort and insurance defense issues. Jennifer was named as Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star 2009-10 and 2012-14, a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine&nbs...p;and Cincinnati Magazine. Jennifer is originally from Jackson, Ohio and now lives with her husband in Columbus. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and traveling. Jennifer is a regular supporter of various local charity organizations and an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and sports aficionado. Jennifer is a regular supporter of the Stephanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research and the Madelyn Carol Fox Memorial Fund for Endometrial Cancer Research.
