Grant N. Gosser

Grant Gosser is a Texas-licensed attorney who joined The Johnson Firm in 2025. Grants practice focuses on probate practice, will contests, fiduciary disputes, and guardianship matters. Before joining The Johnson Firm, Grant practiced family law, where he handled emotionally sensitive disputes involving divorces, child custody, and complex property division. Grant earned his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 2023, where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers after advancing in the Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Competition. He also contributed to the Baylor Law Veterans Clinic and served as a Form Grader for the Legal Analysis, Research, and Communications program. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University in 2020, where he held leadership roles in Student Government and Baylor Ambassadors, advocating for student and university interests on campus and to local, state, and federal officials. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Grant is proud to serve the Dallas-Fort Worth community and the state of Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Baylor football, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.
