Woodson Paul Martin

Quick Look Paul Woodson obtained his Bachelor and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Florida. He has more than 30 years of jury and non-jury trial experience in complex commercial and construction litigation matters in both State and Federal courts, as well as substantial experience in arbitrations and appellate proceedings. Mr. Woodson previously practiced with a large national law firm. Mr. Woodson practices primarily in the areas of construction and contract law and has substantial experience with Florida construction lien law. He represents contractors, subcontractors, engineers and architects in a full range of legal services from contract negotiation to dispute resolution. Mr. Woodson also has extensive insurance defense experience in the defense of construction defect claims and the defense of professionals in professional liability actions. Mr. Woodson served four years in the U. S. Navy prior to becoming an attorney and his interests include traveling and boating.
