Michael advises clients through all stages of the bankruptcy process, including pre-filing planning, case administration, and post-confirmation matters, with a particular emphasis on strategic solutions that align with each clients business objectives. Prior to joining White and Williams, Michael practiced at a well-respected Delaware law firm where he represented commercial debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 proceedings.
