Warren Ross

Tamsen Hays has resided in Cape Coral, Florida since 1986. She is a North Fort Myers High School graduate and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of South Florida in 2004. She attended Stetson University College of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in 2007. After law school, she joined the Wotitzky Law Firm where her practice included bankruptcy and civil litigation. She left the firm in 2010 to work for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee where she represented debtors, creditors and the Trustee in bankruptcy cases. She returned to the Wotitzky Law firm in 2018. Her practice now includes representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy, landlord/tenant law, community association law, foreclosures and construction litigation. She is a current member of the Florida Bar, Charlotte County Bar, and the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association.
