Lowell Karr

Biography Lowell Karr is an Associate Attorney of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P. A. in the Fort Lauderdale Office. His practice is concentrated on General Liability Defense, Vehicular Negligence, Premises Liability, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Karr graduated from Georgetown University before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Karrs previous experience includes representing clients in General Liability Defense, Vehicular Negligence, Premises Liability, and Commercial Litigation for multiple large firms in Florida.
