Jacqueline De Leon

Jacqueline De Leon is a partner in the Miami office of GRSM. She is centrally located in Orlando and handles cases throughout the State of Florida. Jacqueline concentrates her practice in litigation and the handling of complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes as well as employment-related and professional liability disputes. Jacqueline represents insurers in litigation and coverage assignments involving first-party property claims. She has handled losses involving hurricane damage, windstorms, water damage, sinkholes and fire losses throughout Florida. Her experience includes property claims arising under both commercial and residential property insurance. Additionally, Jacqueline represents insureds as appointed counsel in direct litigation involving a broad range of claims, including personal injury, commercial, and employment disputes. Jacqueline also has served as monitoring counsel/coverage counsel for insurers in the State of Florida.
