Daniel W. Hill

Attorney Daniel Hill was born in DeLand, Florida, and left his tenure in Volusia County to obtain Bachelors degrees in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University. Daniel following his graduation from FGCU attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor. During his time at the University of Florida, Daniel assisted the under-served communities throughout Central Florida while working alongside attorneys at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida. While in law school, Daniel focused his studies on estate planning and property law. Daniels career thus far has continued to focus on those areas. Daniel takes pride in developing a personal relationship with his clients, and continually strives to develop simple solutions for complex problems. In opening the doors to Hill & Hill, Daniel desired to create an environment that would eliminate the stress of legal work and encourage, rather than eliminate, communication between attorney and client. Daniel enjoys taking time to get to know his clients, and takes every step necessary to ensure the client has a full understanding of their case. While not in the office, Daniel enjoys all that Florida has to offer. He is an avid scuba diver and fisherman, and enjoys racing motocross with his family. Daniels passion for real estate developed at a very young age while working alongside his father, an accomplished real estate broker in Volusia County, Florida. It was that experience that led Daniel into the legal field, and guided him through all aspects of property law. Daniel is very enthusiastic about his work and is willing to take the extra step to ensure his clients have a positive experience.
