Erik Oh

Erik C. Oh Associate Attorney Erik Oh is an Associate Attorney at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP. Erik has always worked to defend the little guy. Whether it was representing disable veterans or representing the indigent population. Erik has handled cases in different areas, from patent prosecution, criminal prosecution, criminal defense, divorces, restraining orders, contract disputes, immigration, debt collection, and contractor fraud. At Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP, Erik is focused on handling class action claims involving wage and hour and other related disputes. Eriks passion is to help the underserved communities through their most difficult and challenging times of their lives. Erik is a past member in the Riverside Inns of Court. Erik unwinds by spending time with his nine-year-old daughter. He enjoys horseback riding, skiing, scuba diving, and traveling with his daughter. Education: J.
