Kenneth: [email protected] I am an AV rated trial attorney practicing in the areas of insurance defense, professional liability, civil rights, employment, local government law, civil litigation, product liability, toxic torts, and commercial litigation matters. I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator/Qualified Arbitrator and have in the past served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, Nova Southeastern University and currently as a panel arbitrator and mediator for National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM), FINRA Dispute Resolution Services and other private entities. Before joining Torres Victor, I was the managing partner at Carman, Beauchamp, Sang, Gonzales & Philpott, P. A., with offices in Boca Raton and Orlando, Florida. Prior to starting that firm, I was a principal/partner at Kuvin & Carman, P. A., and also served as a Managing Regional Attorney for General Accident Insurance Company and as staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
