Javan Robert Babak

Mr. Javan is an Associate Attorney in our Sacramento office. He joined LFLM in 2015, and his current legal practice involves state workers compensation subrogation. Prior to joining LFLM, Mr. Javan worked as a Field Legal Attorney and as a Senior Staff Counsel for two national insurance companies. Mr. Javan has over 35 years of civil litigation and trial experience, excelling at handling a broad range of civil litigation matters. He previously represented clients in insurance subrogation litigation as well as state workers compensation subrogation, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, personal injury and automobile liability claims, including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. He litigated, tried, arbitrated or mediated hundreds of cases over his legal career. Mr. Javan received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, and his law degree with distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
